Camp and COVID-19

New Date:  July 19th - 25th for 8th-12th Grade Campers Only

Dear Campers and Parents-


We regret to inform you that Camp McDowell has announced that under current COVID-19 guidelines, Camp McDowell will be unable to host Florida College Alabama Camp as scheduled on July 5th-11th.


We know how important camp is to each one of you and therefore we are working to POSSIBLY host a reduced capacity camp for 8th-12th graders only the week of July 19th-25th.


If you are registered as an 8th-12th grader (you must have just completed 8th-12th grade) please complete this survey to let us know if you are interested in attending camp on the new dates.  


Please understand that there is a strong possibility that camp will be canceled with as little as a two-week notice.  We do not know what COVID-19 orders will be in place at that time. Camp McDowell will make the final decision as to whether or not camp can safely take place.


We are grateful to Camp McDowell to offer this possibility and we all hope that we can welcome all the 8th-12th graders to camp on July 19th.


We are very disappointed that we cannot host all of you and hope to see all of you back in 2021.


More information on refunds will be sent to every registrant in the next few days.  Please be patient with us during this process.   For 3rd-7th graders on the payment plan, the June 1st payment will be canceled automatically.
